Written by Bob Wise, Raising the Grade describes the alarming cost of our long-time neglect of secondary education.  With most federal dollars targeted to elementary schools and higher education, few resources are allocated to improve high schools and this achievement gap threatens nearly 6 million students in the U.S. who are at risk of dropping out.

Alaska is home to one of the world's most complex and spectacular ecosystems, and also one of the greatest wildlife mysteries, as many animals decline dramatically in number with no clear explanations why. Against the breathtaking backdrop of magnificent mountains and seacoasts, the film attempts to unravel at least part of the enigma.
